Sam is absolutely amazing! Not only did she know the market, and have good instincts about staging, pricing, and timing, but she has amazing contacts and resources, works tirelessly to make things happen, and was an expert at calming me down. She repeatedly said that she would take care of everything and that her goal was to make it as easy as possible for us.
