Based in Truckee, Sam finds balance in nature and family. She and Jeff have two sons—Shane, a professional off-road athlete, and Bennett, a student at the University of Nevada, Reno. Free time is spent on the trails, on the water, or skiing the backcountry, always in the company of their Alaskan Malamutes and Golden Retriever.

She came in and advised us what we needed to address before putting the house on the market. Within one week after making the decision to sell the house it was on the market and sold 23 hours after listing! She didn’t stop there, she guided us through the escrow process and all the inspections. It was a whirlwind and we couldn’t have been more pleased, all due to Sam.
Sam made this such an easy process. She was responsive, gave us great advice, and went completely above and beyond the call of duty. We live out of town and couldn’t always get up to Tahoe to handle things and she did everything for us. In this day and age where customer service is a forgotten term, Sam lives, eat, and breathes customer service. She has great connections in the area and really knows and loves Tahoe. Plus, she is a nice person who doesn’t love doing business with other nice people.
Sam is local for many years, knows everybody, has multiple contacts in related fields, and works hard and efficiently to put it all together. Sam coordinated connecting the seller and me to communicate on a property regarding well and septic inspections, site and topo surveys, Russel Valley community, and mapping of the area for mountain biking, dirt biking, and other activities.
Sam pursued companies to secure well and septic companies and forwarded contacts so I could pursue them. Sam pursued contacting neighbors so that I could meet to gain local knowledge. After closure, Sam connected me with Architect and Contractor, to develop a plan and execution for a property. If I am fortunate to purchase property in the future Sam will be my agent.
