Sam made this such an easy process. She was responsive, gave us great advice, and went completely above and beyond the call of duty. We live out of town and couldn’t always get up to Tahoe to handle things and she did everything for us. In this day and age where customer service is a forgotten term, Sam lives, eat, and breathes customer service. She has great connections in the area and really knows and loves Tahoe.
